Smart Surface Sdn Bhd (an award wining multi-touch company and an MSC status company) is a new surface computing provider specialized in computer Natural User Interfaces (NUI) where traditional Input/Output elements are replaced by intuitive everyday objects.

In line with our continuous growth in product and application development, we are constantly looking for highly competent candidates who have passion towards multitouch and surface computing technology and who have strong commitment, self-motivation and capabilities to grow and excel with us in the following positions.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER:

Responsibilities:

* Design & develop multi-touch applications that are written in Actionscript 3.0, AIR or Python.

* Familiarity with OOP implementation in Actionscript 3.0

* Able to deliver graphical user interfaces that use the most of multitouch environment and emphasise the interactivity and natural hands-on experience of the user.

* Advise, implement and suggest improvement to software development projects that suit our surface computing SmartSurface products.

* Participate in regular design discussions about multitouch development and actively contribute new solutions and ideas regarding our line of SmartSurface products and multitouch applications.

Requirements:

* Programming skill in Actionscript or Python.

* Ability to learn new software quickly and work with minimal guidance.

* Passion about multitouch and the application of software design and development to the new surface computing technology.

* Preferably junior level or above specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience and with interest in multitouch. However, bright fresh graduates who want to build a career in the novel surface computing multitouch technology are also welcome to apply.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

* Proficiency in English is a most for communication. Ability in other languages is welcome, especially Chinese.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
